My process started with a group discussion and a technical interview, and then there was a non-technical interview afterward.

They asked a variety of technical questions, and I also had a swot analysis as part of it.

The interview itself felt lengthy, and I moved through it online first and then later through an in-person component. Even though the content was mixed—technical, communication, and structured evaluation—the overall feel was that it took a lot of time and required sustained focus.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process did cover multiple dimensions rather than only testing technical skills.
