I went through an online test that focused on C++ and RTOS.

After that, I had an in-person round where two people interviewed me on C, data structures, and my projects, and it felt pretty grounded in what I’d actually done.

Next came a manager interview that mixed in some technical elements but leaned heavily toward soft skills. From there I met someone at the GM level who was described as completely non-technical, and the final step was an HR discussion that covered a lot of general questions. The whole path felt like a structured ramp from hands-on technical screening to broader fit and communication checks.
