Atlas Copco Group Software Engineer interview experience

My experience was chaotic in a way that made it hard to stay focused.

I applied for one position, but I ended up being interviewed for two different roles than the one I actually wanted. Even the timeline felt unstable: a day before the second interview, I received a job description written in Dutch, even though I don’t know the language.

I felt only marginally close to the position I’d been interested in, so the whole process became more about catching up than evaluating fit. The mix of mismatched role focus and late-arriving details is what made it difficult for me to take seriously.
