Atlas Copco Group Software Engineer interview experience

Montreal, QCPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The first step was a technical interview followed by a personal discussion.

I remember it felt like a nice back-and-forth, and the recruiting manager gave me a lot of information about what they were looking for.

They asked questions about my daily job profile and also what I was interested in. The combination made it feel like they were trying to map my current work and motivations to the role.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall tone of the discussions was positive and thoughtful, more like clarification than interrogation.
