My process started with an HR orientation conversation, then moved into meeting the team manager.

After that, I met the team members and got more detail on what the job would actually involve. Later, I also met the vice president with HR, and that’s when a contract proposal came through.

The first response from HR took a bit to land, so there was some initial waiting, but once things got moving, the pace became very fast. Overall it felt organized and respectful, and I had a clear path through the different layers of the company rather than a lot of repeated basic calls. I received an offer.
