My first step was an online aptitude test that leaned heavily on puzzles and game-style questions, including items based on given graphs and even sudoku-like logic.

It felt like they were screening how I reason under constraints more than testing specific coding knowledge.

If I cleared that, the next part was group-based. I ended up in a group discussion where we were pushed to talk through ideas, and then I had a technical plus HR interview round afterward. The group stage set a different tone than the technical interview—more about communication and how I handled collaboration—before switching back to a more direct evaluation.

Overall, the process felt like elimination and structured progression: test first, then discussion, then technical and HR
