This was campus recruitment, so the process was similar to what I’d seen elsewhere: a test, then a group discussion, and then an interview.

In the group discussions, they seemed to evaluate how efficiently I could communicate, largely because the company’s clients were global.

During the interview, there were one or two basic technical questions related to a foundry process, which fit the theme of the company. Overall it felt like a mix of communication and light technical screening.

I received an offer, and I remember feeling that my ability to communicate clearly helped as much as the technical part.
