First, I did an online interview with someone from HR, and then I had an interview at their office with the project manager.

During the office chat, we had a conversation about my previous experience and also how I handled difficult situations.

It felt practical and conversational rather than overly formal, with the focus on real examples from my work history. Because it moved from HR to a project manager quickly, I felt like I got a sense of both motivation/fit and technical-day-to-day context.

I didn’t get an offer, but the interaction style was easy and clear, and I appreciated the straightforward approach.
