Everyone had to go through a written test first, then technical discussion, then separate discussions with a manager and HR, and finally a discussion with a grand manager or general manager.

The written test was based on the job requirements and usually lasted about one to one and a half hours.

Sometimes all rounds were completed in one stretch, and if I didn’t get selected it felt like they continued observing and evaluating afterward rather than deciding immediately at each step. Even with a long sequence, the process was structured and comprehensive, covering technical, managerial, and HR perspectives.

I received an offer, and the biggest feeling I had was that they were thorough enough to test fit across multiple layers, not only one conversation.
