The first step for me was a written test based on what they were looking for.

After that, I went through two technical rounds, followed by a managerial round, and then an HR round.

The process took close to a month overall, and the rounds were spaced out in a way that made the full journey feel substantial. The final HR stage was part of the later filtering, and it tied into how they assessed fit beyond pure technical capability.

I received an offer, and what I remember most is the length: it wasn’t quick, and each stage felt like it mattered.
