Atlas Copco Group Software Engineer interview experience

I started with an initial HR interview with basic questions, and then I had another conversation with HR plus the project leader, where they asked about my knowledge of the job and what motivated me. The final step in the sequence was with the vice president of engineering, and that last discussion circled back to both motivations and my qualifications.

In terms of experience level, it felt around average overall—serious but not hostile. The HR conversations were mostly about getting to know me, and in at least one of the calls I also got a lot of context about the company and benefits.
