I applied for the Software Engineer role and hit a process that started with algorithmic tasks over email or multi-step testing, which made it feel significantly challenging.

Pre-interview task — I was emailed problem-solving work covering algorithms and data structures that wasn’t clearly described in the job posting.
Multi-stage pipeline — the process was described as having an online test, a homework assignment, technical and behavioral interviews, a final round, and then an offer after background checks and contract signing. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the key takeaway was that I should treat any pre-call assignments as fully representative of the expected difficulty.
