AT&T Account Executive interview experience

• Online assessment — I completed a digital evaluation as the first step.
• Recruiter screening — I then met with a recruiter.
• Hiring manager interview (sell-yourself presentation) — In the final round, I presented myself and had to effectively “sell” my fit for the role.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that communication and presentation mattered alongside any pre-screening assessment.
