Atlanta, GAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through what felt like a very informal early-stage interview.

It was with a person from a third-party hiring company that AT&T uses, and the conversation was extremely chatty—so much so that my session ran about thirty minutes over.

The role and the format didn’t feel overly rigid; it was more about getting a sense of me through a relaxed discussion than a high-pressure technical grilling. Despite the friendly atmosphere, I didn’t move forward.

I didn’t get an offer. The thing I remember most clearly was the contrast between the ease of the conversation and the fact that the process still ended without progressing.
