I went through a more multi-step flow than I expected.

My first round started with a simple phone call, followed by another phone discussion with a manager. The third stage was a mock interview with the manager, and it felt like they wanted to see me perform, not just talk.

After the process, I did receive an offer, which surprised me because earlier rounds felt more like fit and capability checks than a final determination. Still, I ended up declining it, so I didn’t move forward.

What stayed with me was how concrete the stages were—especially the manager-led mock interview—since it made everything feel like it was building toward a decision.
