I had a delayed but fairly smooth multi-round sequence where the recruiter logistics didn’t always match what was promised.

OA (HackerRank-style) — I took an OA in September and didn’t hear back until mid-January; it moved me to a technical round.
Technical round — I worked through two LeetCode-easy-level questions, then a debugging segment, followed by simple conceptual questions.
Behavioral with hiring manager — The final behavioral round used STAR to answer multiple questions with follow-ups.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and my takeaway is that the rounds were manageable, but process communication (like a promised recruiter call) wasn’t reliable.
