I went through early-stage assessment work for the Software Engineer role, but the process often felt time-compressed or ended at tests/homework.

Online assessment (OA) — 6 problems total in one case: two easy coding questions, one hard coding question, a SQL question, plus questions touching data structures and architecture.
Home assessment/home assignment — a multi-question take-home covering URL data fetching plus SQL and medium LeetCode-style coding (with restrictions like no Google in one version).
Timed skills test — a 120-minute, camera/screen-share session including SQL, multiple-choice questions, a coding question, and REST API questions; it felt like too many subjects for the time.
**Earlier rejection
