Selinsgrove, PAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a straightforward sequence: online questionnaire, in-person meeting, and then an HR call.

Application questionnaire — I completed an online questionnaire before moving to interviews.
In-person interview — I discussed my work history, focusing on how I handle practical, real-world conflict, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
HR call — After the in-person round, I waited for a phone call from HR. Outcome: No offer; the process was easy and structured, but I didn’t progress to the end.
