My interviews were pretty easy and mainly served as a way to learn the basics of how sales and customer service expectations work.

The process felt generally positive, even if there was some pressure because I was still new to sales overall.

What stood out most was how much they emphasized metrics right during the conversation, while keeping the questions relatively impersonal. There weren’t many personal topics or deep dives—more of a focus on whether I understood what performance looks like. Scheduling took a bit of back-and-forth with recruiters, which made the timeline feel slightly stretched compared with how simple the actual interview content was.

I came out of it feeling like I’d picked up useful sales skills
