AT&T Software Engineer interview experience

• Phone screening — The first round was a screening call.
• Technical interview — A roughly hour-long technical conversation focused on technical questions.
• Final behavioral rounds — The first and last rounds were behavioral, with the middle being technical.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway is that the process felt supportive even though the final decision didn’t work out.
