Dallas, TXPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with rounds that leaned toward straightforward fundamentals and behavioral prompts, and it felt easier than the tougher Java/deep-system paths.

Behavioral phone screening — simple prompts like how I handle challenging situations and the classic “tell me about yourself.”
Technical interview — a mix of basic-to-medium questions; one account described a friendly, interactive session with tech questions and some theory. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that being comfortable with baseline communication, not just code, helped me in the early rounds.
