I had a helpful recruiter screen that improved my chances for the next round, but the technical experience itself left me uneasy and then I received no updates.

Recruiter screen (virtual) — The recruiter was friendly and gave actionable advice for the upcoming live technical coding.
Live technical coding — I felt the technical interviewers were young and unprofessional, despite having a structured plan for the round.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway is that even with good early guidance, professionalism and follow-through mattered to the experience.
