I had two very different experiences: one smooth-but-challenging campus/panel setup, and one highly unprofessional phone call that derailed quickly.

Panel-style campus drive interview — an online/in-panel format for a graduate engineer trainee track; interviewers were described as friendly even though it was difficult.
Phone interview that turned hostile — a full conversation with personal probing that escalated when the interviewer realized a sensitive personal attribute; the call included deliberately tricky questions. Outcome: No offer; one case failed due to overall difficulty, and the other ended after an unprofessional interaction.
