AT&T Systems Engineer interview experience

Alongside that, there was a system-level brain teaser that sounded weird enough that it felt hard to study for directly, even though it wasn’t particularly difficult once I was in the mindset for it.

If I passed the phone screening, the next step was a live technical interview. That technical part included another leetcode-easy question, and then a debugging challenge on a LeetCode medium problem. In my case, the debugging target was an LRU cache.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the overall experience stayed realistic: coding plus debugging, with a couple of conceptual/system-thinking
