My process started with an application into AT&T’s program, and then I went straight into a fairly intense sequence.

There was a 3.5-hour HackerRank-style online test with the camera open, and after that I had a homework assignment. From there, I moved into a technical interview, then a behavioral interview, followed by a final interview, and finally the background check and the paperwork—an end-to-end loop that felt long and structured.

In the technical portion I experienced a thorough, in-depth discussion covering Java and Spring Boot, and it also included system design plus details that ranged into HLD/LLD territory. The interviewer was knowledgeable and the conversation itself was serious and deep.
