I went through an onboarding-style hiring flow that included coding-game testing, and it was practical but felt somewhat intrusive.

Recruiter outreach — I was contacted and offered a sequence of interviews.
Coding game assessment — I completed a game-style technical evaluation as part of the process.
Scheduling approach — Interview calls were flexible enough to fit after work, though the phone outreach felt intrusive.
Outcome: No offer in my experience; the takeaway is that convenience doesn’t always translate into a smooth final decision.
