Aspire E Business Software Engineer interview experience

The first step was a written test that mixed aptitude questions with technical C questions.

After that, there was a group discussion round described as non-elimination, so it felt more like an assessment of how I interacted than a knockout.

Next came two rounds of technical interviews, both still in the same general C/technical space. The final step was HR, which was the last gate after the technical rounds.

I didn’t get an offer, but the sequence was consistent: written screening, discussion, two technical conversations, and then HR. The overall structure made the flow predictable, even if the technical stages were the parts that carried the most weight.
