I interviewed off campus and it felt chaotic in a way that stood out immediately.

I cleared an aptitude round that was very easy, and then I moved into a manager-style discussion where a lot of people were sitting around the same table and one interviewer handled the flow. The setup meant the interviewer asked the same type of prompt to everyone without much continuity, and it didn’t feel like earlier rounds connected to what happened there.

The manager’s questions were oddly specific and even seemed to probe general knowledge in a way that wasn’t fair—there were moments where the interviewer acted as if the answers didn’t make sense, and the pacing was all over the place
