Aspire E Business Software Engineer interview experience

After the initial selection process, I was supposed to join an interview in a teams-style setup. On the first day, I waited in the lobby for a long time while other candidates were handled in separate rooms.

Eventually, I disconnected and closed the link. The next day followed the same pattern: I joined again, waited, and then the process didn’t happen for me either—I ultimately didn’t attend the interview. It’s hard to describe the difficulty since I never got into the actual questioning, but the experience itself felt like a breakdown in coordination rather than a fair assessment.
