Aspire E Business Software Engineer interview experience

The biggest issue for me wasn’t the interview quality—it was the lack of response from the HR team for emails and calls.

When I did go through the process, I thought the interview itself was good. It sounded like a logic-heavy programming evaluation rather than purely theory-based questions, and I felt like the core requirement was knowing programming logic.

Despite having been placed, the absence of communication after the interview process left a frustrating impression. It wasn’t about how the questions went; it was about not getting clear follow-through afterward.
