Aspire E Business Software Engineer interview experience

The setup was a coding-focused round where I had around twenty questions in roughly twenty-five minutes. Most of the questions were Java and OOPs related, so it was very basic-knowledge centric.

One thing that affected the rhythm was that the interview got rescheduled a few times because of panel availability. That meant the waiting and shifting dates were part of the experience, not the technical difficulty itself. After the disruption, I still went through and got through the process, which made it feel manageable even with the rescheduling.
