My interview sequence was pretty typical: an aptitude round first, then a technical round, and finally HR.

The aptitude could be either written or online, depending on how it was administered. In the technical round for a fresher role, they checked basics and also asked random programs, and I had to explain the written program.

Then HR handled more usual formal questions to round out the discussion. I didn’t get an offer, but the overall flow felt coherent—each stage had a purpose from testing basics to making me explain my work. The reflection I’m left with is that explaining programs was a key part, and if that part didn’t land, it was hard to overcome later.
