ASML Software Engineer interview experience

I went through three interviews, and the latter stages involved logistics where I had to cover the cost to go to headquarters. It was a long process overall, and I noticed some lack of communication between interviewers, which sometimes meant repeating the same types of questions.

By the time I reached the later steps, it didn’t feel like the effort was building toward a clear, coherent evaluation; it felt more like the loop could have been smoother. I left with mixed feelings: the company itself seemed impressive, but the experience of going through the process was frustrating.
