After an initial recruiter conversation, I moved into a structured set of interviews that felt like a mini “track.” The first meeting was with HR and ran about half an hour with the usual baseline questions, like why ASML and where I saw myself in the next few years.

The next stage was three longer interviews, each about an hour. One of them went deeper into HR-style scenarios and focused on behavioral examples, including a situation where I convinced someone to do what I wanted. Then I presented a technical topic I chose myself, and afterward I had to present a technical topic assigned by the interviewer—mine was related to EUV. Overall it felt like an organized process that rewarded clarity and communication as much as knowledge.
