I started with an interview with the manager, followed by two more rounds with the team.

The process dragged on and ended up taking more than six months, which was honestly surprising in terms of how long it took. I didn’t get an offer immediately.

What changed later was that about three months after the initial decision, they made an offer anyway. So even though it wasn’t fast or smooth in timing, it did eventually turn around. Looking back, the biggest reflection I had was how stretched out the wait felt compared to how much effort the interviews required.
