I went through multiple rounds where parts were automated and other parts happened face-to-face.

The pacing felt deliberate—like they took their time to evaluate whether I truly matched the company and the role they were hiring for.

What stood out was how openly they described expectations. Instead of glossing over details, the process included honest conversations about what the position would require and how their view of fit aligned with mine.

I didn’t mention a final offer from this path, but I remember the process as respectful and candid. My reflection was that even without a result, the transparency made the whole experience feel more trustworthy than many hiring loops I’ve seen.
