ASML Software Engineer interview experience

The prompts were fairly broad, covering things like my experience in the role, what I knew about ASML, and even logistical considerations.

Even though the questions were clear enough, it didn’t progress beyond that stage. I left feeling like the screening was more about casting a wide net than drilling into any specific technical depth.

I didn’t get further, and the most honest reflection I have is that the process felt efficient but impersonal—especially compared to interviews where the conversation feels tightly mapped to the work itself.
