My interviews felt well-structured, even though the overall timeline stretched.

After contact with HR, I went through rounds that included a presentation phase followed by an interview and then an assessment. I ended up with a full-day final assessment session, running from roughly 9 to 4, and the day itself made the process feel serious and immersive.

Some parts ran a little oddly on the scheduling side. During one online meeting, I joined and found that no one was there at the start, then we had to reschedule and try again. Once the right people joined, the mood shifted back to friendly and professional.

The more I went through it, the more I appreciated the openness
