My first contact started with a recruiter, and the timing dragged a bit.

It took nearly a month after the initial back-and-forth before the interview finally happened. When it did, it was a one-hour session with three managers, focused on basic situational questions and what I’d done for projects during my studies. I felt like it was straightforward enough, but the process around it was slow.

After that, I didn’t really get meaningful feedback—only an auto-generated message about the hiring decision after almost two months. When I tried to follow up for details, I didn’t hear back. The overall vibe left me frustrated because the wait didn’t match the simplicity
