I got an email to schedule an HR interview, and the first conversation was a straightforward phone call focused on general background questions—mostly my experience and what I’d done before.

After that, about a week later, I moved into the next step with an IT manager and the team for the technical interview.

The technical round was the main event, and it followed the usual “HR first, then technical” structure. The difficulty felt average overall, and the experience came across as fairly standard for the process.

I didn’t receive an offer. The part I remember most clearly was how quickly the process moved from general HR screening into the team’s technical evaluation, with not much room to calibrate after the initial call.
