My experience felt unusually uneven compared to the typical process I expected.

I had a brief phone interview first, and then I was brought in face-to-face where the day didn’t end up being very useful. During the tour, the way things were handled felt unprofessional, and I remember sitting with sales reps where the explanation of what they actually did wasn’t very informative.

The biggest difference was the overall feeling that the process wasn’t taking time to make it meaningful. When I asked for more context, it didn’t really land, and the environment gave off a sense of rushing rather than evaluating fit.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly it left me disappointed
