Arrive Logistics Account Executive interview experience

I started with a phone conversation, then followed it up with an in-person visit that included both a tour and shadowing opportunities. The pacing was well organized, and every person I spoke with came across as honest about the reality of the work—what sounded exciting as well as what could be hard.

At the meetings, the questions stayed consistent with sales-focused “fit” themes. I had to walk through why I wanted the opportunity and why I was drawn to sales, and I fielded the kind of behavioral prompts that measured how I think, how motivated I was, and whether I could communicate clearly.
