Arm Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

GermanyPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a process that was mostly on schedule early on, and the interview itself felt professional.

The one thing that threw me off was timing and responsiveness: HR told me to expect progress, but communication dragged. Even when interviews were completed, my status sat “under review” for a long time, with little to no clarity.

At one point, I waited weeks after completing the final interview, and even emails didn’t seem to get a real reply. The pace became the main issue, not the technical content. Eventually, the overall experience left me with a negative feeling because it didn’t match the competence they projected during the actual conversations.

In the end, I wasn’t offered a role.
