Manchester, EnglandPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an in-person interview with two senior software engineers, and it was shaped differently from a typical back-to-back coding session.

I was given the five interview questions ahead of time, which helped me focus my thinking rather than scramble during the interview. After the interview, there were additional problem-solving questions.

It still included soft skills at the end, and the whole experience felt more informal than I expected, with some parts happening over MS Teams. The difficulty was easy for me overall, and the setup felt considerate.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I remember feeling like I knew what I was walking into—especially with the questions provided ahead of time.
