My interview process dragged on across many stages, with each round involving different people and fairly standard questions.

It felt like it kept moving forward long enough that I started expecting a concrete decision, not just more steps.

By the time it reached the final step, the result was that they decided not to hire me for the role. Honestly, what made it hard to accept wasn’t only the rejection—it was how long the whole thing took and how it ended without any real sense of closure until the end.

I left with the clear feeling that the process took more time than it should have, and that it was inefficient for everyone involved.
