Arizona State University Research Analyst interview experience

After that, I had a phone interview, and the following week I went in person. The in-person stage included typical interview questions, a chance to meet with the research team, and even an Excel test.

What stood out most was that the interviewers seemed to work from a prepared list. They asked the questions and took notes on my answers as I spoke. The whole thing felt easy and straightforward, not overly complicated, and I didn’t get the sense that they were trying to surprise me with anything wild. It was a smooth progression from application to phone to in-person.
