My process felt surprisingly smooth and tightly scheduled.

I started with an online test, then had two technical rounds, followed by a manager round and then an HR round. The whole thing took only a few days to complete, and the HR contact felt genuinely supportive throughout.

In the technical conversations, the emphasis was on assessing my testing knowledge and how I’d worked through projects, and then the manager portion shifted toward how I fit with the team and role. I didn’t experience a lot of back-and-forth delays, which is honestly what stood out most to me.

Even though it moved quickly and felt well managed, I didn’t end up with an offer.
