My first step was an online test that covered a mix of quantitative aptitude, verbal, logic and reasoning, attention to detail, and general computer basics.

I got the second-round invitation quickly—within about 48 hours—and I took the next online test the very next day, which shifted the focus entirely to programming.

After that, the waiting period became the most noticeable part. I went about a week without hearing anything, and when they finally reached out it was a phone interview. Later, they asked me to share my resume, but after that I never received a clear follow-up. The questions in the testing phase felt a notch above average, and my overall impression was that the content matched the role, even if the process pace didn’t.
