A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and mentioned that the interviewers were “picky,” which made me a little more on edge going in.

The recruiter helped me schedule the technical screening about three weeks out, and that screening went well. I talked through my resume and solved two coding questions in C.

The final interviews were fast and intense. I had two back-to-back interviews where the recruiter said they could reject after one of them, both of them, or give an offer immediately. The first technical round was deep and fairly intensive, and then the interviewer left to bring in the final interviewer.

The second round involved more technical questions and, importantly, I didn’t get a chance to ask questions myself.
