Denver, COPosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a recruiter call, and I felt it was going really smoothly until the conversation turned to a COVID-19 vaccination policy.

When I asked about accommodations, the recruiter’s tone shifted and the call ended right away. I tried to follow up a week later, but I didn’t hear back.

Looking back, it felt like getting closed out fast—especially after everything seemed to be flowing—was probably a blessing in disguise. I couldn’t shake the feeling that working there would come with extra friction, and the lack of any follow-up basically confirmed that I wasn’t going to move forward.
